Our course observes the fundamentals, to be understanding of people, the work environment, business meetings, professional business introductions, cultural differences concerning international business prospects, and relevant business email and telephone etiquette. Overall this course will help participants boost their confidence in the workplace and increase their professionalism.

  • Distinguish among the dressy casual, semi-formal, formal and black tie dress code.
