How do I store my credit card information for future payments?
Log in to your account. Then under “My Account,” click on “Billing.” Under this tab, click on “Add Card,” and you will be able to enter your credit card information.

What payments do you accept?
We accept Mastercard, American Express, Visa, and Government Purchase Cards. We also accept PayPal payments, and participants are able to use their Pay Pal Credit account to purchase courses.

How do I change my settings for weekly reminders to complete my course(s)?
Log in to your account. Then under “My Account,” click on “Notifications.” Uncheck “Send me a weekly reminder” if you no longer wish to receive weekly reminders.

How do I receive a receipt for my purchase?
After you make a purchase, you will automatically receive a receipt to the email address that you have on file.

What is a self-paced course?
Self-Paced courses allow participants to independently listen and observe pre-recorded lessons, on their own computer, with no instructor facilitation. Each participant has 90 days to complete each registered course at their own pace.
