Event Planning

In order for individuals to succeed in event planning, they must have excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills. In addition to this, a productive event planner will have knowledge of how to prepare for an event before, during, and after. 

In this workshop, participants will learn how to solve issues as they arise. They will also learn how to gather information, manage complex meetings, and troubleshoot customer issues.
