This is because when we learn not only to respect the work that our co-workers do but their values and perspectives, we can grow as individuals and teams. Respect is taught to people during their childhood. However, every so often, adults need a reminder to utilize respectful behaviors.

In this course, participants will be provided to help empower a team to acknowledge behaviors that impact the overall performance within the workplace.
