Human Resource Management
As organizations have evolved, many managers have taken on roles that incorporate human resource management tasks. These tasks are embedded in their job descriptions and the expectations of senior leadership. Many managers have found these tasks to be complicated and are in need of training to fill in the skill gaps.
In this course, managers will be given the foundational tools that they need to successfully perform these tasks. Some of the skills that will be addressed in this course include interviewing new candidates, harassment, orientation, and discrimination.
