Management: Constructive Criticism
Providing others with constructive criticism or feedback can be challenging. There will be times, in the workplace, where managers will have to provide constructive criticism to their employees. If done correctly, delivering constructive can increase productivity and help to develop employees. It will also demonstrate to employees that the manager is willing to invest their time and effort into their careers.
In this course, participants will obtain useful skills and knowledge to help them deal with such a difficult task. Managers will have the ability to identify problematic behaviors and help their employees to become roe productive.
