Every organization needs management. However, if managers are not developed or trained, it may have an impact on the success of a business. Organizations can easily overlook training and development for new managers, especially when a manager is hired because of his or her technical expertise as opposed to their management skills. When managers are provided with training, they can gain new tools and skills that will not only strengthen an organization, but it will increase employee morale.
