Managing Anxiety in the Workplace

A person's work environment is one of the top locations where anxiety and stress are experienced. Employees should have an awareness of the different signs of stress and anxiety. They should also be equipped with tools to help them cope with both stress and anxiety.  

In this course, participants will enhance their skills and uncover new resources to identify and manage anxiety in the workplace. These new skills and resources will help both employees and managers better prepare to deal with workplace anxiety situations.
