Managing Change

Change occurs with people, ideas, processes, policies, and in many other areas of business. The key to successfully managing change is to have a smooth transition to implement the changes. In this course, participants will be provided with a variety of tools to implement change. Participants will also gain a better understanding of how change works in business as well as tools for managing reactions to change.
