Motivating Employees

Many people believe that motivating employees should be done by providing promotions, awards, or even bonuses. The concept of employee motivation does not resolve monetary awards. It is about organizational leadership taking the time to get to know their employees and learning how to be great motivators.

In this course, participants will be provided with a variety of tools that help them to become exceptional motivators. They will also learn how to set effective goals, improve their influencing skills, and gain knowledge of common motivational modules.
