Recognizing Employees

Recognizing employees through employee recognition programs can improve the overall productivity of an organization.  Recognizing employees helps to create a positive work environment and a culture of appreciation.  In this course, participants will gain a new perspective on the importance of recognizing their employees and how it contributes to increased organizational productivity.
