Supervision 101 for New Supervisors
The role of a supervisor is not an easy role when you have to manger both your time and projects, complete your job task, and assist subordinates in solving complete problems. It can be challenging to juggle every aspect of your role in addition to all your other job functions.
In this course, participants will learn how to be more proficient and adequate in their supervisory roles. Participants will learn how to manage their time, set significant goals and expectations, resolve conflicts, provide constructive feedback, and delegate tasks.
