The Process of Employee Termination

Terminating an employee is not an easy task regardless of the termination reason. Many organizations ensure that many attempts are main to retain their employees to include continuous communication and encouragement for employees to improve their performance. It is essential for organizational leadership and human resources to not only separate emotion from the facts but to explore as many avenues possible before engaging in the termination process. After all, it does cost most companies more money to hire a new employee as opposed to terminating an employee.
