Violence in The Workplace

Workplace harassment is not only destructive to any organization, but it is also illegal. Businesses need to ensure that all employees are treated with both respect and dignity. Workplace harassment must be recognized, discouraged, and prevented from keeping a hostile workplace from developing. If ignored, harassment can intensify into violence. Workplace harassment training is vital to the wellbeing of all organizations and their employees.

 To prevent violence in the workplace, managers and employees must be able to identify people who could become violent and comprehend how to diffuse unsafe situations. This course will help participants to recognize and address violence in the workplace, as well as providing them with the tools to create their Workplace Harassment Policy.
